Elizabeth Angels
Elizabeth Angels was founded to honor the extraordinary legacy of the founder’s grandmother, Eunice Elizabeth, a woman whose life was defined by compassion, selflessness, and unwavering service to others. She had a remarkable ability to make every person she encountered feel valued, encouraged, and capable of overcoming any challenge. Her servant’s heart touched family, friends, neighbors, and everyone fortunate enough to know her.
After her passing in April 2015 at the age of 77, her spirit of love and generosity continued to inspire a greater calling. Elizabeth Angels was created to carry her legacy forward by extending the same guidance, encouragement, and support she so freely gave to others.
Elizabeth Angels is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young girls ages 10 and up and adult women throughout Metro Detroit and surrounding communities. Through mentorship, education, mental wellness support, and access to valuable resources, we help participants build confidence, develop leadership skills, and realize their full potential.
Our programs are designed to create safe and supportive spaces where girls and women can heal, grow, and thrive. Whether through one-on-one mentoring, educational workshops, sister circles, or community events, we are committed to helping every participant feel seen, supported, and empowered.
As the organization grows, we envision expanding our impact through scholarships, leadership development opportunities, and broader community partnerships. Over time, our programming may also extend to young boys and men as part of our commitment to strengthening families and communities as a whole.
